However, as our products are customized according to your requests, we regret that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please carefully review your order before placing it to ensure that all details are correct. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require an unboxing video that has no interruptions, pauses, or cuts. This is to ensure that the products were received by the customer in that condition.

Once we receive your unboxing video and verify the damage, we will provide you with a replacement item at no additional cost. Please note that this process may take some time, as we will need to handcraft a new item for you.

In case of damaged package due to courier company's negligence, please record the package from all four sides before opening it up. If the package is torn or damaged from the courier company's end, it should be recorded that way.

Cancellation:

As our products are made to order and customized according to your requests, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is placed with us . 

If the courier is returned to us (RTO) in case of the client's unavailability, then additional standard shipping charges are to be paid to ship it again to the given location. Additional standard shipping charges are based on the order package weight.
