Shipping policy

Shipping Charges: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 80 for all orders across India that weigh up to 1 kgs. For orders that weigh more than 1 kgs, the shipping fee will be Rs. 150 and prices ahead will differ on weight and dimensions of the package.

Shipping Carriers: We use trusted local couriers like Track On, India Post, Mahvir Couriers, Tirupati  and sometimes even Shiprocket to ship your orders. The shipping carrier we use for your order will depend on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Time: Our customized items are handcrafted with care and require 6-7 working days to be made. After this, we require an additional 7-8 days for shipping and delivery. Please note that this is an estimate, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

Tracking Information: We will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping:

We are excited to announce that we now offer international shipping via India Post. They take around 20–25 days to deliver. For international shipping, we use India Post as the shipping carrier. Please note that the shipping cost for international orders will depend on the volume and items ordered. Please contact us for a quotation.

Please note that tracking details for international orders shipped via India Post may be vague, but we assure you that it is the safest option for international shipping.
